History
Raymond Software, Inc. is a privately held company that has been providing a wide range of software consultancy services to corporate clients, software houses, and small businesses since September 11, 1990. These services have included management consulting, installation, tech support, custom software development, localization, and quality assurance work, most of which has been Mac OS or UNIX related.
Prior to 1990, we were active in Munich, Germany for seven years as a sole proprietorship, with the charter of providing a wide range of IT services to corporate clients. We acquired expertise in MRP, order processing, logistics, and technical information systems. Services included project management, systems analysis, data modeling, systems evaluation and selection, documentation, programming, testing, installation, training, tech support, and other SDLC related activities. Most of this work was done in an IBM /370 or AS/400 systems environment.

Our Approach
In accordance with our goal of building trust and developing long term relationships with our customers, we only commit to projects in which we have significant expertise and are able to produce excellent results.
Through a program of career guidance and formal classroom training and certification, we encourage our consultants to maintain their competence in the latest management tools and technologies.
We can work with our customers on an hourly or fixed price basis, on or off site as required. We may outsource some work to third-party providers in certain special cases if it makes economic sense and our customers agree.
